Every year on December 1st, the world pauses to reflect, remember, and recommit. World AIDS Day, established in 1988, was the first-ever global health day—created to raise awareness about HIV & AIDS, support those living with HIV, and honor the lives of those we’ve lost. For more than three decades, it has united communities, inspired action, and strengthened the worldwide commitment to end the HIV epidemic.
